When life gets tough...

Whether you're anxious, depressed, grieving, lonely, stressed, suicidal or just generally struggling with life, work or relationships, I offer a space where you can share your feelings and find a way forward.

Trauma and abuse

If you've experienced childhood abuse, coercive control, domestic abuse, sexual violence or spiritual/cultic abuse, we can work together to build a therapeutic relationship in which you feel in control and safe enough to process and heal from what you've been through.

LGBTQIA+

I'm queer myself and affirming of all forms of gender, sexuality and relationship diversity. Whether you want to explore aspects of your identity or work on something else entirely, I'm here and on your side.

Functional neurological disorder

I've worked in the NHS with people who have functional neurological disorder (FND). If you have FND, I can support you to understand your condition and address the nervous system overwhelm that often lies behind it.
My approach is trauma-informed and anti-oppressive. I take into account how traumatic life experiences and discrimination impact on our brain, body, sense of self and how we relate to one another - including as client and therapist.
